Janet Mendel & Michelle Chaplow

American-born Janet Mendel has been researching and writing about Spain's national and regional cuisine from her home in southern Spain for more than thirty years. Beyond her two highly successful titles for Santana, her award-winning Traditional Spanish Cooking and highly praised My Kitchen in Spain have cemented her reputation in her field as have numerous articles for newspapers and magazines worldwide. 

Michelle Chaplow has lived in Andalucía for fifteen years and is well known as an award-winning travel photographer.
